• The biggest rule is no hate sites, pornographic sites, satanic sites or sites that include anything we find to be offensive or illegal.
• Site design isn't considered for this award, but it is for the Top Site of the Year award.
• It doesn't matter what your site is about, it can be about anything, as long as rule 1 doesn't apply.
• We must be able to navigate your site without a lot of confusion and links must work.
• We look for sites with interesting content, it doesn't have to be a ton of content, but interesting and original helps.
